This week, Prime Video’s The Boys brought its satirical superhero universe to Los Angeles’ Melrose Avenue for their “Vought-A-Burger” pop-up. The limited-time installation allowed fans to step into the world of Vought International — home to The Seven, the show’s infamously flawed team of superheroes. With many references to fan-favorite moments and characters from the hit series, this activation offered a (literal) taste of life inside of Vought’s morally questionable superhero empire.

The fictional fast-food chain was brought to life with a fully realized menu show-inspired items. Offerings from the event included a souvenir “Vought on Ice” cup from the series’ fourth season, the Big Homie Burger, Homelander’s Freedom Fries, and a vegan option with Brave Maeve’s Veggie Melt. Also available were Golden Godolkin Nuggets, or fans could take the challenge of the Seven Tower Burger, which came stacked high with seven beef patties. Rounding out the experience was a lineup of themed milkshakes, each named after fan-favorite Supes, including Black Noir alongside newcomers Sister Sage and Firecracker.
The pop-up also featured exclusive merchandise, with limited-edition designs celebrating the event itself alongside college-themed Godolkin University t-shirts from Gen-V, the show’s spin-off series. The merchandise, produced in collaboration with American Apparel, is exclusive to the Los Angeles experience. The pop-up featured many easter eggs for longtime fans of the series. Posters for fictional television shows and movies filled the walls, set inside the universe of Vought-controlled “superheroes” The Seven.

However, the experience revealed an unexpected twist. Hidden in the “Employees Only” room, visitors could become their own honorary members of The Boys, taking a stand against the evil Vought empire. Here, guests could also get their hands on some of the show’s signature “Compound V” & “Temp-V, ” which have been converted to non-alcoholic drinks as opposed to a super-power-granting liquid.

The Boys universe has always found a way to keep their die-hard fanbase engaged, and this experience was no exception. As Prime Video gears up for the show’s upcoming final season, and the ongoing expansion within the world of Gen-V, the Vought-A-Burger pop-up is a testament to exactly how far The Boys will go to satisfy its audience’s ever-growing appetite for more.
