With PAX West 2017 right around the corner, developers Lienzo announced that their upcoming action/adventure game Mulaka will be heading to the Nintendo Switch system. Originally slated for release on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, this artistic and colorful story will be making its way to Nintendo’s newest console in early 2018.
Mulaka is based on the origins of Northern Mexican culture & its vibrant and beautiful mythology. For the first time ever, the story of the Tarahumara will be making its way to the video game world. The game’s landscapes are inspired by real-world locations in Northern Mexico. The game will fully explore and expose players to the culture of the land, as they will experience narration in their from the language, to the music unique to the region.
